Traineeships

Our traineeships help you build confidence, develop employability skills and prepare for an apprenticeship or permanent role.

  1. What is a Traineeship?

    At The Perfume Shop, we believe every great career deserves the perfect start. A traineeship is an unpaid,  supportive, confidence‑boosting 6-week programme that blends essential skills training with real in‑store experience- helping you get ready for paid employment or an apprenticeship in retail.

  2. Who is it for? 

    We proudly deliver our programme in partnership with Juniper Training, who provide tailored employability skills, weekly check‑ins and dedicated support throughout the traineeship journey.  You can find a link to their site below to register your interest
