We’re looking for a Customer Service Assistant to join our team 3 month FTC at our Head Office, supporting our Customer team during a busy period.

In this role, you’ll play a key part in delivering a smooth, positive experience for our customers, helping to ensure issues are managed quickly, fairly and accurately.

Working in a fast-paced retail environment, you’ll be organised, detail-focused and proactive keeping everything running efficiently behind the scenes and supporting the team during peak demand.

 

What you’ll do

• Manage end-to-end delivery partner claims, ensuring they are logged, tracked and resolved efficiently
• Review claim evidence, making sure all information is accurate and complete
• Work closely with internal teams and delivery partners to progress outstanding queries
• Maintain clear, accurate records to support reporting and audit requirements
• Support inbox management, ensuring queries are routed to the right teams
• Complete general customer service administration tasks, including data entry and reporting
• Spot recurring issues or trends and share insights with the wider team
• Provide additional support to the Customer team during busy periods

What you’ll bring

• Experience in an administrative or customer service support role
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Excellent attention to detail with a structured, process-driven approach
• Confident communication skills, both written and verbal
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to take ownership
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Experience working with data, trackers or workflows (desirable)
• Experience with third-party providers or logistics processes (beneficial)
