Tell us about your TPS Journey?
In June 2017 I joined The Perfume Shop as Digital Manager. Since then, I have been promoted to Head of Digital and am responsible for looking after our eCommerce Dream Team and driving our eCommerce strategy and performance above and beyond!
My journey before The Perfume Shop was working at AS Watson, our parent company where I was part of their eLab - helping several of the AS Watson business accelerate their digital growth. So it has helped me Being Part of More (which is our AS Watsons mantra!).
Tell us why you would recommend The Perfume Shop as a great place to work?
No two days are ever the same - we're always busy coming up with new ideas to excite our customers!
It also goes without saying that The Perfume Shop are passionate about perfume, but also about their people - it really is The People Shop.
Tell us what your most proudest moment at TPS is?
Black Friday last year was a really important event for me and for the business. Black Friday continues to grow each year, so last year it was so important to deliver on this event. It was fantastic to see the teams pull together from so many different areas of the business to deliver our best Black Friday week yet.
Despite it being so important, in true The Perfume Shop spirit we also had a bit of fun with it, which included our hourly targets, a bell and lots of cheering around the office when each target was hit!
How has TPS supported you as a person?
Working at The Perfume Shop has taught me to trust myself - no idea is a bad idea!
What is your super talent?
I'm a dab hand at Christmas decorations for the office!
