Tell us about your TPS Journey?
I have been working for TPS nearly 4 years. I came into the business as a Store Manager of our Basingstoke store and I'm still there. I can't wait to hit my 5 years so I can wear my 5 years service badge with pride!!
Tell us why you would recommend The Perfume Shop as a great place to work?
This is a hard one as there are so many, so I’ll pick my top 5!

Tell us what your most proudest moment at TPS is?
Well I've got 2!!! 2017 was the AS Watson year of teamwork and my team was crowned 'team of the year' out of all the teams within The Perfume Shop stores, Office and Warehouse. Our prize! We won a trip of a lifetime to Barcelona to watch the Grand Prix! We felt like celebrities, it was an amazing once in a life time opportunity.
Secondly in 2017 I won 3rd place Store Manager of the Year at the managers conference which was amazing. I couldn't and still can't believe it!
How has TPS supported you as a person?
The Perfume Shop has supported my career by allowing me to be a part of the 2017 Talent Academy, our development programme for store manager's looking to progress. I learnt many new skills and developed my current ones to enable me to succeed in my role. I now work really closely with my Area Manager, who is giving me more responsibility to help me develop further, for example I am now the customer conversion champion for the area. This allows me to go out to other stores and support other manager's where they might need some advice on improving their conversion numbers.
