INTERNAL COMMUNICATIONS EXECUTIVE | HIGH WYCOMBE

We’re looking for an incredible Internal Communications Executive to join our People team and play a key role in engaging our teams across the business.

You’ll support our Internal Communications Manager and assist with managing The Perfume Shops social feeds, making sure our teams and customers are kept up to date with all the amazing things we are doing!

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • You’ll support in writing, creating, and sharing engaging content across all related communications channels, such as Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn, ensuring all content is in line with The Perfume Shop’s brand.
  • Understand all social media channels, considering the benefits and negatives each could bring to The Perfume Shop, ensuring you provide feedback to the Internal Communications Manager
  • Continually consider ways to innovate communication processes, whilst supporting the Internal Communications Manager in engaging the business with the internal people portal.
  • Have an active role in our Social Committee and help with events, taking ownership on building relationships with our teams across the business.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

  • Fantastic copy writing skills and a passion for social media and technology.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment whilst having amazing attention to detail.
  • Some knowledge of ADOBE packages, such as Photoshop, PremierPro and Indesign (not essential but would be a bonus!)
  • Strong time management and prioritisation skills.
  • Great communication skills, and an ability to build great relationships at all levels.
