•Leading and managing the Senior Merchandisers to ensure the consistent delivery of KPI’s in addition to supporting the achievement of key business objectives, including sales and EBIT, whilst providing ongoing support for the overall core Merchandising team where required
•Managing the Senior Merchandisers by leading by example, developing, coaching, and mentoring the team to improve performance and compliance, whilst contributing to the development of KPIs and SMART objectives and driving the team to achieve these whilst developing their skillsets and behaviours
•Working in close coordination with the Allocation team to ensure end-to-end merchandising processes are efficient and effective in managing availability and stock holding
•Working alongside the Branch Merchandising team to ensure there is ongoing collaboration across the core merchandising and planogram management
•Oversee the collaborative Merchandising and Logistics activity, ensuring this is aligned to the plans in place to support the relevant strategies, and acting as the escalation point for complex queries or concerns
•Maintaining effective relationships with key stakeholders through appropriate communication and collaboration
•Representing the Merchandising team in cross-functional projects and strategies
