A bit about the role
We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic Team Leader to join us as an important part of the stores management team. Being part of this management team means holding responsibility for the store's team, sales, stock, operations and brand standards.
As a Team Leader it will be your responsibility to use your talent to guide and motivate each member of the store team to drive sales and take the lead with ensuring KPI’s are met.
COVID-19 has brought some changes and challenges to the retail industry, we have acknowledged our responsibilities to both our staff and customers ensuring physical changes within our stores and are looking for a likeminded Team Leader to uphold our policies and procedures taking compliance and risk management seriously.
With year on year objectives of growing our business we are well known for offering great fragrance deals on the high street and being the 'go to' experts for service. This is proved with our top 20 placements in the past few years in the well-known Which? High Street Shops Satisfaction Survey as well as winning multiple industry awards. We also offer plenty of opportunity for training and development and are very big on “growing our own”.
