A bit about the role
We have an exciting full-time opportunity for an enthusiastic and focused Store Manager at The Perfume Shop. The role is broken into key areas; growing sales & service, operational knowledge & protecting your stock, leading & coaching the team and knowing your product & owning the brand. All of these elements are essential for our Store Managers to understand and be passionate about delivering, leading by example and driving the success of the store.
With year on year objectives of growing our business we are well known for offering great perfume deals on the high street and being the 'go to' experts for service. This is proved with our top 20 placements in the past few years in the well-known Which? High Street Shops Satisfaction Survey as well as winning multiple industry awards.
COVID-19 has brought some changes and challenges to the retail industry, we have followed government guidelines and implemented changes within our stores ensuring a safe environment for our staff and customers. We are looking for a store Manager who will maintain these guidelines and continue to prioritise compliance and risk management.
What we will look for from you...
Someone who is confident at engaging customers and leading their team from the front. As well as being a team player the Store Manager needs to thrive on activity, we are looking for someone who gets satisfaction through exceeding targets and driving KPI’s

You will be results driven and enjoy being “hands on” in the day to day running of your store
You will love the customer and want to ensure each person has an amazing experience with TPS
You are great at multi- tasking and prioritising tasks daily
You will have a strong commercial knowledge and be able to think and act strategically
You will have proven experience of leading and coaching an engaged store team who deliver consistent results
