We’re looking for an outstanding Online Product and Promo Administrator to join our eCommerce team and play a key role in improving our performance in trading and marketing, making sure our new products are sold at the highest rate.

You’ll make sure that we execute our promotions effectively, maintain our product information and optimise our content in our stores, maximising our sales.


·         Deliver the Trading and Marketing plans for products in store for one of our biggest suppliers, ensuring timelines are met.

·         Support the eCommerce team in providing the best customer experience, maximising online sales, driving key KPI’s for average transaction value and conversion.

·         Ensure all our supplier products are set up for success, working alongside the Design team to support key trading actions.

·         Oversee the e-commerce metrics and optimisation of all our suppliers’ brands across our website.


·         Some experience working in an administrative role, or the drive to learn.

·         Good communication skills to work with other teams.

·         Reliability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment.

·         A creative mindset.

·         Excellent organisation to balance and prioritise workloads.
