STORE OPERATIONS MANAGER | FIXED TERM | HIGH WYCOMBE

We’re looking for an amazing Manager to join our Store Operations team and play a key role in delivering communication to our Stores, contributing towards the organisation of events, and creating and analysing reports.

You’ll support the Head of Store Operations in delivering our Store Operations strategy, while effectively managing the Store Operations Team to achieve great results.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

·         Make sure all internal communication within the business is created, monitored, and issued, as well as communicating and collaborating with all departments to guarantee there is consistency in the communication to stores, and that store enquiries are resolved efficiently.

·         Act as an escalation point for the team for all queries raised from departments, stores and the Sales and Operations team.

·         Create, update and maintain relevant calendars within the team, whilst being responsible for overseeing the management of store travel and accommodation for events in a cost-effective manner.

·         Be responsible for the smooth running of the Store Operations function, including through the management of paperwork, filing and archiving, whilst reviewing and updating processes to innovate store communication.

·         Planning and prioritising the workload within the team, ensuring all KPIs are met, as well as managing the Store Operations Team by developing, coaching, and mentoring them, taking ownership for conducting regular one to one meetings and appraisals, setting clear and achievable objectives, and ensuring development plans are in place

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

·         You have a strong knowledge of the retail industry, experience working in a similar role, and are skilled at leading and developing a team.

·         Experience of innovating processes, with the ability to challenge and influence where appropriate as well as experience of working under pressure to tight deadlines.

·         Strong organisational, prioritisation and time management skills.

·         Knowledge of working within the retail industry and key trends

·         You can create forward thinking and innovative ideas within Store Operations and demonstrate a strong commercial awareness.
