CRM MARKETING ASSISTANT | PART TIME | HIGH WYCOMBE

We’re looking for a fantastic Assistant to join our CRM team and play a key role in ssupporting in the development and delivery of marketing and campaign activity for The Perfume Shop’s VIP Rewards loyalty programme.

You’ll support in the planning of events, promotions, customer communication and reviewing success of this activity.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

·       Work with our design teams to create and build impactful email creatives and send them to our members.

·       Look at results of our customer communication and work with your manager to look for opportunities to improve performance.

·       Keep a close eye on our website and stores promotion of VIP Rewards and work with your manager to look for opportunities to improve the customer journey.

·       Support the team in setting up and testing promotional activity, campaign projects, promotional events and new launches.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

·       Your creativity! You have a good eye for detail and strong communication skills.

·       You have a genuine enthusiasm to work in a busy retail environment.

·       Organisational, time management and prioritisation skills.

·       Good presentation skills would be beneficial.

·       Previous experience in a marketing, data or retail role would be advantageous, but not essential.
