HR ADMINISTRATOR | HIGH WYCOMBE

We’re looking for an outstanding Administrator to join our People Services team and play a key role in the organisation and upkeep of our HR administration.

You’ll be part of our fantastic People team, assisting in the organisation, administration, and coordination of our employee lifecycle for all our store teams.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Manage contracts and offers in a timely manner, whilst also managing leavers and contract changes.
  • Update our employees’ profiles on our portal, whether it be updates or transferring from paper to online.
  • Collating data that can be used in our monthly and annual meetings such as labour turnover, internal promotions, and exit interview feedback.
  • Support projects in you team, such as the development of new HR tools to support stores and improving People Services processes.
  • Coordinate with the wider People and Development team and the Store Operations team to make sure that our stores are supported.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

  • Knowledge on Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Excel.
  • A dedication to organisation and communication that will keep our People team running smoothly.
  • The ability to multitask effectively.
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced administrative role.
  • A keen eye for detail.
