Based in South (London, South East England) 

The purpose of this role is to complete store audits in an assigned geographical area to ensure stores are accurately measuring and reporting on compliance in line with the Company’s policies and procedures. 

Key Duties / Responsibilities

•Complete store audits in an assigned geographical area within the required time frame   
•Ensure the accurate measurement of store compliance in line with current policies and procedures, providing clear concise reports on findings to ensure all stakeholders understand where weaknesses lie and what is required to improve
•Debrief Store Managers or representatives on the audit results and any identified areas of compliance weakness, providing guidance on any key actions required to address non-compliance
•Provide a summary of store results to the relevant Area Managers, Regional Manager and the Security and Audit Manager
•Take ownership of the Red Store Programme audits within the assigned geographical area
•Coach and provide advice to store teams to support them in improving their scores following a Red Audit
•Escalate any identified compliance or business process related issues to the Area Manager or Security and Audit Manager in a timely manner
•Minimise potential business risks by applying a systematic, disciplined approach to the evaluation of fundamental business procedures and processes
•Maintain up to date knowledge and skills for any system and procedural changes within a fast-moving retail environment
•Investigate stock discrepancies where required
•Assist the Security and Audit Team with ad hoc projects as required 
•Prepared to travel and spend time away from home as this is a must for this role

•Previous experience of having worked within a Retail environment
•Proven track record of delivering great compliance standards
•Experience of having worked in a multi-site role within a customer service environment

•Excellent organisational and communication skills both written and verbal
•Good MS Office skills, particularly in Excel
•Full UK Driving Licence as some travel will be required
