To support the Merchandising team in analysing the sales performance for each individual product line, ensuring the correct stock allocation is planned for stores and delivered to meet the business needs 

Key Duties / Responsibilities

• Review and update The Perfume Shop’s replenishment system, ensuring all stores have the appropriate stock levels to achieve company sales budgets
• Maintain the minimum credible display stock levels in line with the bay layout, sales and store grading, ensuring stores have appropriate stock cover for forecasted sales
• Be accountable for the appropriate management of discontinued products 
• Maintain store and key line availability in line with company standards
• Work effectively with Branch Merchandising, to create store grades for allocation, whilst building awareness of store availability and branch cover reports
• Build key relationships with stores and Area Managers, ensuring all stock queries are dealt with in timely manner
• Build relationships with the wider teams to maximise flexibility and commitment
• React and make required changes to the replenishment system for any promotional calendar changes or updates
• Forecast accurately for the weekly warehouse output plan throughout the year, to maximise sales and maintain store stock in line with company budgets
• Allocate appropriate stock for new stores, re-sites or store closures 
• Populate key allocation reports on a daily basis, ensuring good housekeeping at all times
• Conduct regular store visits to gain commercial awareness of the market, brands and competitors

• Basic MS Office skills, particularly in Excel
• Good communication skills both written and verbal
• The ability to manage your time, handle multiple activities, establish priorities and meet deadlines
• Ability to build relationships and collaborate with others to achieve goals
• Ability to demonstrate a proactive and enthusiastic approach in completing tasks and providing solutions to problems 
• Analytical skills 
• Commercial awareness
