The purpose of this role is to continually create innovative campaigns for The Perfume Shop, 

Key Duties / Responsibilities
• Be accountable for continually generating innovative creative campaign ideas for The Perfume Shop taking into consideration key trends and the Company’s Marketing strategy 
• Create mood-boards to display and present your creative ideas to the Marketing Manager and wider Marketing team, ensuring you seek approval when required
• Take responsibility for designing and implementing key creative campaigns on multi-channels throughout the year in a timely and accurate manner
• Design and create animation, video productions,  and edits for The Perfume Shop’s digital screens 
• Take accountability for working with third parties to ensure advertising assets are refined and meet our customer demographics at all times, creating the artwork for adverts in a timely and accurate manner 
• Create artwork and format point of sale graphics for The Perfume Shop’s estate, ensuring this is in line with store segmentation 
• Work with The Perfume Shop’s onsite print agency for artwork and point of sale graphics, ensuring all campaigns are accurate and delivered in line with the deadlines 
• Ensure you retouch any product or life style imagery as well as videos and edits, ensuring the quality is adhered to and video production and edits 
• Create strapline commercial messages for approval, ensuring there is consistency between campaigns and that these are in line with The Perfume Shop’s brand guidelines and tone of voice 
• Be responsible for copywriting key campaigns and POS messaging 
• Work with the wider Customer & Experience team to create social content when required

The above list is non-exhaustive and additional duties may be required

• Extensive experience within a creative design role, having previously generated effective creative campaign ideas with supportive graphics, whilst using outstanding creative designs, layouts and graphics 
• Experience of working on various point of sale materials 
• Experience in creative copywriting for campaign headlines and marketing messaging 
• Experience of video production and edits 
• Experience of creating artwork 
• Experience of liaising with a third party 
• Experience of refining commercial messages
• Proven experience of delivering strapline commercial messages on multiple campaigns throughout the year 
• Experience of having worked in the retail industry 

• Demonstrable knowledge of Adobe CC skills, with a strong understanding of production, print and online 
• A commercial focus and knowledge of the retail industry to drive results 

• Demonstrable ability to product production ready assets for all creative projects  
• Strong Photoshop retouching skills 
• Strong Adobe CC skills
• Strong communication skills; both written and verbal; with the ability to influence
• Excellent planning and organisation skills, with the ability to work under pressure and to deadlines to drive for results 
• Demonstrable presentation skills 
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong team leadership skills 
• Experience of shooting product imagery and retouching
