The Perfume Shop is currently going through a significant period of change, we have implemented a new centralised recruitment model as part of our ongoing transformation. This has resulted in us changing the way we recruit for our store employee’s. We are now a newly formed team that will manage the recruitment process for our Store Managers, supporting them in searching for the best possible “Perfume People” who will help drive our business towards continued success.

You will be:
• Responsible for the recruitment of all store team roles (Sales Advisor to Store Manager)
• Utilise a wide variety of advertising, head hunting, direct searches, social media, networking and job boards to search effectively for the best Talent to join The Perfume Shop 
• Gain an in depth knowledge of the retail business to understand the skills and capabilities required for the store roles 
• Provide a consultative and comprehensive resourcing service to our Store Managers
• Manage the Store recruitment process from advertising to offer
• Ensure that a positive candidate experience is maintained from application to onboarding
• Support and facilitate group interviews and careers fairs 
• Utilise the Cornerstone ATS system efficiently and in a timely manner to identify and shortlist good quality candidates to present to Store Managers 
• Ensure all recruitment processes and policies are adhered to and that we are meeting our business SLA’s and achieving our team KPI’s 
• Respond to and resolve candidate enquires and escalate to the Manager where required
• Manage the retail vacancy list ensuring accurate SLA’s and KPI’s are monitored and that candidate data is managed securely  
• Work as one team to ensure we deliver our Christmas peak trading recruitment requirements across the business 
• Work with the Internal communications team to ensure we are maximising opportunities on Social Media to promote The Perfume Shop as a great place to work 
• Support the Resourcing Manager with project work
• Ensure the employer brand guidelines are adhered too 
• Ensure positive relationships with all key stakeholders for areas of responsibility are maintained through delivery of service levels

What we look for from you:
• Previous experience of fast paced volume recruitment 
• Previous recruitment or resourcing experience gained in-house or agency (preferably both) 
• Able to demonstrate in depth knowledge of current recruitment market
• Able to demonstrate a good knowledge of sourcing methodology and the best ways to source candidates in a competitive market 
• Understanding of assessment centres and group assessments 
• Great MS Office skills in Word, Excel and outlook
• Willing to learn and operate a new ATS system (key requirement of the role)
• Able to organize and run assessment centers for stores as well as support with design  
• Organized and able to work in a high volume environment to set deadlines 
• Friendly and personable, able to connect quickly and easily to customers and candidates
• Naturally inclined to deliver excellent customer service and to go the extra mile
