We’re delighted you’re interested in becoming a Perfume Person and can’t wait to learn all about you! Here’s what you can expect from our application process:
- Your online application
To apply for a role with us, all you have to do is
- choose the role you want to apply for
- submit your CV and cover letter
- answer a few extra questions
- click submit.
We promise it won’t take long.
- What happens after you submit your online application?
Our Resourcing Team will then review your application, and will be in touch. If your application is successful we’ll invite you to meet us.
Depending on the role you applied for, you can expect to have a phone or video interview, one or two face-to-face interviews, and sometimes an online assessment. In some cases, we’ll ask you to complete a task to give you a sneak peek into the kind of work you can expect if you join us. Fingers crossed and good luck!
- Can’t find your dream role?
Remember, if you want to join us and can’t find a role that’s right for you at the moment, you can either register your CV with us (so we can consider you for future roles), or register for job alerts to be notified as soon as your dream job comes up.

Check out your local Perfume Shop store. What do you think of it? What are the customers like? Would you enjoy working there?
2. Get to know our brand
We love our brands! And we love to know what other people think of it. Check out our website, look at our brands and talk to your friends. Bring your views to your interview.
3. Know your role
Check the job description. Make sure you know exactly what your role will be. Are you up for it? What makes you suited to that role?
4. Get the basics right
Don’t forget to check the basics. Who’s interviewing you, where and at what time. Knowing this will help you arrive on time, relaxed and ready to go.
5. Remember, it’s about you
What are your strong points? What have you achieved elsewhere? And where is there room for development? Go on, big yourself up a bit.
6. Think about your look
How you present yourself makes a big difference. Dress smartly but be you. And be positive with your body language.

We really want to hear about you so don’t be afraid to do the talking. Share with us what you’ve done and your experience.
