We’re looking for a ‘Scentsational’ Internal Communications Manager to join our People Team on a 6‑month FTC and play a key role in leading our Internal Comms strategy. You’ll bring our narrative to life, connect our Perfume People across the business, and help make The Perfume Shop an even greater place to work.

This role is an exciting opportunity to lead a talented Internal Comms team to deliver engaging, inclusive content that showcases our culture and brand.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Own the annual Internal Comms plan and deliver campaigns aligned to our values and priorities
• Tailor communications for Stores, Warehouse and Head Office
• Lead the rollout and management of SharePoint as our central comms hub
• Launch and champion Viva Engage to build two‑way connection and recognition
• Own internal social strategy and engagement across Viva Engage and other platforms
• Manage our external people channels (LinkedIn & Instagram) to promote our employer brand and EVP
• Partner with Leadership & SMT to cascade key business updates
• Support internal events such as Anchor Days, Roadshows and the annual conference
• Drive engagement through Powered by You, acting on feedback to improve communications

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

• 4+ years’ experience in communications, with some team lead experience
• Hands‑on experience with SharePoint and Viva
• Strong planning and organisation skills, thriving in a fast‑paced, agile environment
• Confident communicator at all levels and across multiple channels
• Creative writer who brings messages to life in engaging ways
• Open to feedback and able to provide constructive communication guidance
